SHIPPING POLICY
All my jewellery comes packaged in its own pretty cardboard gift box ready for gift giving. It will arrive cleaned and polished, individually packed in a little plastic baggie. I include a business card and information about the artist (me!) so that whomever receives the gift knows it's handmade and from the heart! Unless noted in the individual item description, each item I have photographed is the actual jewellery item you will receive. My jewellery is ready to be shipped as soon as I receive payment, and will be in the mail within 1 - 3 days.
All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include a tracking number. If you require a special shipping circumstance please email me directly for arrangements.
International customers please be aware that you will be required to pay any taxes, duties and customs fees which may apply to your respective countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a one women shop, I not only design and create every single piece of jewellery. I also carefully package it up before I ship it out. Each piece passes my own extremely high standards for quality and craftsmanship. I put a lot of time and care into writing accurate detailed descriptions alongside clear photos on variety of backgrounds and angles to ensure you will receive exactly what you expect!

I usually do not accept returns or exchanges, but feel to contact me. It is important to me that you enjoy wearing your jewellery as much as I enjoyed making it. In extraordinary circumstances we may work out a return, exchange or full refund depending on the situation. Thank you!
